Mixed feelings about Kidstastic. The staff are super friendly, and it's a large, safe space for little ones to play and burn off energy. But when it comes to cleanliness, we're not so sure — every time we visit, my child ends up getting sick shortly after. Unfortunately, we’ve decided to take a break from going for now.

We took my kiddos here when I had an appointment in the city. It's nothing fancy but is a pretty decent indoor playground.
Staff was nice but not overly friendly.
Lots of snack and drink choices at a reasonable price.
Some things were "repaired" with duct tape and made it look a little run down.
Loved the separate toddler play area, it was the perfect size for my 2 year old. It seems like they could do a lot more with the space they have there, but my kiddos had a blast and that's all that really matters to me.

Great indoor place to take kids of all ages! Separate area for kids 3 and under with climbing area and toys. Area for bigger kids has climbing area with sitting area for parents (although parents are allowed to go on the equipment with their child) and there is a large matted area with yoga balls as well. Plus they have a snack bar! It's really a nice place to go for kids to let out some energy!

This place has been the same since the re did it years ago. Yet the price is so much more. I found it expensive for what it is. My son likes it though. Hes 8 and still enjoyed it. They have an area for young ones, which is nice. Older ones are not allowed. And it is nice to have somewhere close by to get some energy out of the kids when its muddy or miserable outside. But yeah, just a bit expensive. Especially if you have a few kids with you. I think it was around $30 or 40 for 2 kids. Can't remember exactly.

Lots of fun for the kids.

There is a large climbing structure with 2 big slides that take up a good portion of the place. There is also an open padded floor area where the kids can run around and play tag or other games. Along the sides of the open area there are air hockey and Foose ball tables with stools for the shorter kids to play on.

There is a smaller area for the younger toddlers with lots of toys and a small play structure.

There is a sitting area with table so you can sit and eat your lunch or a snack and get a break from the play area. There a re a several party rooms you can book for reasonable prices.

They have some snacks and juice boxes for sale at the front for not great but still reasonable prices, that has come in handy for me. But its best to bring your own snacks and lunch if you plan on staying for a while. Occasionally we grab take out lunch and eat it in the sitting area before going to play.

The play structure can handle adults just fine if your little one gets stuck in it for some reason.

Kidtastic is a great place to take the kids for an hour or all day. Prices are reasonable, and even better if you get one of their half price gift card deals.

Not an every day thing but it's a great treat for the kids on a gloomy winter day or just to get them out of moms hair for a couple of hours.

Really nice indoor playground to let your little ones loose!

They've got segmented areas, ones for 3 years and under and ones for older kids!

Way too many children in the toddler area that were over the age limit(3 yrs) Staff we’re slow to correct this situation, and at times I had to block and protect my 11 mth old grandson from their boisterous and fast moving physical behaviour. It’s also the responsibility of those parents to supervise their older children and redirect them to the age appropriate play area, regardless if they have under age 3 siblings in the toddler area. Maybe if a staff member remained in the toddler area constantly this wouldn’t happen.
