My boyfriend and I came for the night snowshoeing, and it was fantastic! Aiden welcomed us and was so friendly and helpful at the information booth! His attitude made me so excited and he helped us every step of the way! The trail was really easy to walk and loved the night aspect of it. The trail isn’t as lit as the skating loop but you are given a head lamp to help you see! We really enjoyed it! Was a nice loop, and loved the views. I have gone previous to do the skating loop which is a favourite of mine but if you have the option to do both, do both!

You won me over from the moment I spotted the old truck beside your cranberry patch! THEN, a lovely senior playing guitar and singing. Nice first impression!

We had just had our lunch elsewhere so we were unable to take advantage of the great little snack shop and stay for a set.

We were looking for a red & a white wine to take to our hosts for dinner. One of the lovely ladies spent ten minutes with us explaining the background, preferences and suggestions. We bought two for our hosts, two to take home and a bottle of portage that I plan to use in my famous butter tarts soon.

Highly recommend the gem in the forest.

I’ve been here twice now, once for the whole package, wagon ride (which was too full to fit our group even though we paid for it… so we missed out on that..) plunge, wine tasting which we all enjoyed thoroughly.
And then once again for their high tea experience. We didn’t know where to go for the high tea so had to go in and ask in the store, wish an explanation of where to go was either included when purchasing the ticket or there was a sign for it. It wasn’t the best high tea experience but we still enjoyed it. Overall I recommend Muskoka Lakes farm and winery for a unique experience.

A fun evening skating the trail.

Staff super helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

Drinks and treats by a crackling fire was a lovely treat. A beautiful night.

Skating down a freshly cleared path with tiki lights at night was a fantastic experience.

Tip: bring your own skates and utilize the community campfires. There are lots around.

Our cranberry experience at this farm was really enjoyable! The setup is both fun and educational. You start with a tour of the farm, where they explain how cranberries are harvested. They also offer a nice variety of wines, and you can take a plunge into the cranberry pool, which was surprisingly therapeutic with the pressure on your feet—definitely a unique experience.

The wine tasting was short but interesting, and they had a good selection. I especially loved the Cranberry wine and their cranberry cider, which had a sour taste. If you plan to spend an afternoon here, you can dine at their café. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the americano was, as I was expecting just a basic drip coffee.

The staff were friendly, and we were able to relax on one of their benches with our own snacks while waiting for the wine tasting.

Overall, it’s a great place to visit for a weekend afternoon. I recommend checking it out if you’re looking for something unique and enjoyable!
