Neoza knows how to lead a group into a cuddle pie by making you feel safe all the way through. I would advise anyone to take part in her workshops because it's a real pleasure and a true exploration of one self and of connecting with others. Neoza is a brilliant mix of both intellectual, spiritual and emotional understanding. She takes her time to truthfully listen to your story and is deeply involved, yet a strong guiding force. Talking to her is a healing experience on its own and she comes across as both professional and personal. Her studio is a wonderful artistic experience, it is a box of lilac and safety where you can sit on pillows, increasing the feelings of safety and coziness, there is definitely a focus on comfort both physically and emotionally. What i found most powerful is that she talks from a place of personal experience, which is very helpful to feel understood, you don't feel alone and you're approached and seen as a real human being. I truly believe in the healing powers of Neoza, she oozes purity and beauty from within. I am grateful that i've chosen her to open up to and allow her guidance. It's been a wonderful experience and would recommend her creative and spiritual approach to reconnect with our own body.

I have enjoyed the cuddle pile by Neoza very much. She creates a safe and playful space where you are guided through different exercises to create a fun dynamic in the group, takin you through different stages in the process. She is always closely monitoring the safety and wellbeing of every participant. I had a beautiful experience and I would highly recommend!

I enjoyed Neoza’s touch based workshop a lot. Human touch is something difficult and out of my comfort zone for me but she introduced it very well and slowly, I never felt pressured to do something or uncomfortable being touched. Very nice way to connect with others but also yourself and to get to know you energy in perspective to someone else’s. Would recommend! Thank you 🤍
