Second year im doing sound on yoga with Mollie, Its an unique experience, i only do the one at the beach but those in Gent i would also like to attend once. She is great in guiding you with some really nice flow music going through your headphones you just feel one with nature,yourself... its the best feeling to start your sunday...so higly recommended.

Highly recommend! I do really enjoy the yoga class! The environment is sooo nice, green and sky with fresh air. The soft voice of the teacher together with the music make the all experience fantastic.

Een heerlijke combinatie yoga op het strand maar met koptelefoon en muziek zodat de wind of de ruisende zee je niet stoort. Ook de lesgeefster is goed hoorbaar zodat je makkelijk op afstand van elkaar kunt staan. Ik ben grote fan en kijk al uit naar volgend jaar

Sound on Yoga is zoveel meer dan gewoon yoga met muziek in je oren. Elke les betekent een warm welkom in de wereld van Molly. Ze is niet alleen een geweldige yoga lerares maar ook een prachtig persoon waarbij je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Hoe flexibel je al dan niet bent, in welke staat je je ook bevindt: vol energie, vrolijk, lui of verdrietig,… bij Sound on Yoga krijg je altijd net dat wat je op dat moment nodig hebt. Laat je door Molly meenemen in het Sound on Yoga universum: door de muziek, door de natuur, door het nu en geniet! Je zult er geen spijt van krijgen.

I have always been quite skeptical about yoga and it has never been my thing, but Molly has singlehandedly changed that with her SoundOnYoga. She creates such an amazingly beautiful experience! The music is amazing, her voice is so soothing and she is incredibly skilled in what she does. On top of that she is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. Her classes have helped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined: they became my much-needed weekly therapy. She truly is the best, as is the entire concept.

Sound On Yoga and Molly are both GREAT! My wife and I joined an outdoor class in Gent back in 2021 shortly after my wife completed her 200 hour instructor certification. We both found the SoundOn experience to be exceptional. We've not been to Beach Yoga yet but we LOVE the outdoor yoga classes in/near Gent and in Oudenaarde. Even though we live in the USA we visit Belgium every summer and look forward to Molly's classes. Between the outside settings, music via comfortable headphones, and Molly's soothing & welcoming way of calling the class with good cadence and great positive spirit SounOn Yoga is our favorite yoga experience.
