Amazing place for youth who are looking for a non-judgemental safe space. The site is clean, the staff is friendly and there are a lot of different tools and resources for those in need. There are many different (FREE) beneficial programs for everyone.

Had sessions with their amazing team for 1.5 years, in hybrid settings. Truly impacted me in a positive way and I use and refer to skills I've learned from Stellas Place. The staff were always so happy and friendly and remembered everyone's names. Always did their best to make sure you felt comfortable. I continue to recommend them to others despite aging out. 100/10.

I don't reccomend this place at all. I had done a dbt workshop and dealt with someone who was bullying me. They had made a rude remark about my appearance that I need to go on a diet. I had mention this to staff. They used my bpd diagnosis against me and gaslit me about that never happened. I think the staff should be spoken to about this. Probably should be laid off due the fact that this is emotional abuse and shouldn't be tolerated. This was in 2018, I had left and never went back due to this

A great little space. It is very welcoming to anyone from all walks of life, and staff is very respectful. They cater and aid those who struggle with mental illness in a professional, compassionate way. Their group spaces and programs are ones that I have enjoyed. They have a comfy waiting area and a tiny kitchen in the back, where there is coffee and tea available. A great resource!

In simple terms Id call it an adult day care. Don't let that deter you though, the safe spaces and unconditional high regard that everyone has there makes it truly wonderful. Its a good path to start towards your regiment of inner self healing.

Very good place to get a free cup of tea or coffee. Very professional staff and an inviting space! Lots of things to do here like reading a book, do some art or even chill and relax!
