Wij waren in Pelt om te lunchen. Mijn zus haar vape deed het niet meer, dus we stapten de winkel binnen.
Hele rustige aardige jongeman hielp haar.
Hij verkocht haar merk vape niet maar wilde er wel naar kijken.
Hij dacht mee en had ook duidelijk verstand van alle soorten.
En zowaar hij heeft het probleem verholpen en we zijn helemaal tevreden uit de winkel gelopen.

Bij binnenkomst, geeneens hallo of welkom, medewerk vroeg verder niet of hij ons kon helpen,dus stelde we zelf maar de vraag of ze ook specifieke spullen verkochten, we kregen jammer genoeg erg kortaf antwoord "nee hebben we niet ivm met tax",we keken elkaar aan en zijn heel snel weggegaan, het is te hopen dat het enkelmalig was, omdat wij echt het idee hadden dat de medewerker er totaal geen zin in heeft, wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Goeiedag,

Ik ben al een lange tijd klant bij the vape in neerpelt, ik heb altijd de beste service gehad ze geven je goede raad welk toestel en olie bij jou past. Ze hebben een breedte kennis van hun producten, ze bouwen je dripper als je dit vraagt. En vooral ze zijn eerlijk met hun prijzen. Maar waarom ik deze recentie nu pas plaats ik ben in het verleden al eens 3 maanden gestopt met roken en gaan vapen. En ben toen terug begonnen wou overlaat terug beginnen met vapen terug bij de jongens binne gesprongen en hebben mij toen de uwell verkocht een top toestel nu dat is ongeveer 3 weken geleden en opeens deed mijn toestel het niet meer natuurlijk had ik mijn klassa ticket niet meer dus eigelijk moesten ze mij niet verder helpen aangezien ik dat toestel overal had kunnen halen maar nee ze hebben me gelijk een nieuwe mee gegeven zonder problemen of wachttijden en daarom verdient the vape 5 sterren op alle vlakken.. Service.. Kennis.. Omgang met de klant etc.. En ze kennen al hun klanten niet persee met naam maar wel met toestel en met welke olie enzo je graag hebt dus Keep goin heren!!!
