Highly Recommend !!!
Have never thought that trying yoga can be so much interesting and challenging until I try it with Emmy. She is really professional and passionate in teaching and make me really enjoy every moment when I join her yoga class. Emmy always tries her best to make sure that every member can hear her clearly and help us correct the movement until we have the best pose. Trying yoga and feeling the improvement of the body every day is the best experience ever.
