Spontaneously popped in to have a look and the owners and lady treated us like friends. We received a complimentary hand massage to test out the Shea butter which was enjoyed! Went in this morning and the sales associate was sooooooooo patient and helpful and informative. I stress patient because I was so indecisive about which perfume oils I wanted and she was so patient with helping me, and informative and creative in the way she was suggesting I use the fragrances. I decided to get two, and have been smelling myself all day. I'm obsessed. Honestly if she wasn't so patient I would have just felt rushed and bought something I wasn't absolutely in love with, but because she was so chill I had that time to buy the right fragrances. On top of that both fragrances gooooooooo so well with each other but individually smell just as good. You know who you are, thank you so much for your great customer service and genuine energy, because of you i made a much loved purchase that i hope to repurchase. I went with Creed (something) and Amber White. I believe those are the names. I've worn several different oils from here and they tend to be very strong, the scent radiates and lasts the whole day which is exactly what I look for in a fragrance. You don't need to apply a lot of the oil as because it is strong it can be overbearing in large amounts. I find they're usually significantly stronger than the typical spray fragrances. Anyway, I really enjoyed and appreciated the customer service and in love with the fragrances.

It's been 8 years since I've visited them. Everytime I go I ask him to massage my hand. The experience is unmatched. He is a real healer and has this loving sweet energy about him. I buy my shea butter from him as well as my incense. I will always return! Thanks for your love and care brother love. I currently live in the USA, but one of the highlights of my visit to Toronto, seven years ago, was discovering Tribal Eye. The experience left such a lasting impression that I've remained a loyal customer ever since, especially for their outstanding Shea butter products. I've even sent some of their Shea butter to friends and family in Australia, and they absolutely love it.

i went yesterday for the first time and it was honestly so amazing!! the girls who work here are so sweet and will help you out no matter what. haven’t met the owner but i have heard a lot of great things about him as well!! overall the products were really amazing. i got an essential oil and to be honest it was one of the best things i had ever smelt in a fragrance, not only did it smell great but i can still smell it on me this morning from yesterday afternoon!!

There wasn’t a price listed for the Liquid Black Soap and the owner told me $45. Based on how good it was suppose to be I bought it to gift to someone who struggles with razor bumps and acne. I suppose because it’s “liquid” it’s suppose to be watery but the soap didn’t work and that’s the only $45 I will spend here. I like to support small business but this felt like a scam.

The shea butter is worth its weight in cold. It really works for dry, rough skin. Service is fabulous and everyone I’ve had the pleasure of encountering who works there is incredibly knowledgeable.
